Good news and bad news.
The good: our 'Active' rat population has decreased.
The bad: we are now experiencing a steady and rapid rise with mice.
The good news for both of these is they consume the same rodenticide from the same bait stations.
They are ON THE MOVE.

If you believe that your neighbor is NOT involved in the program and you would like to them to be aware of the ongoing situation, the Village Association has stated they would work with residents to put you in touch with your neighbors.

AGAIN ... AND AGAIN, I Can NOT stress ENOUGH, the importance of frequent home inspections and the grooming of your foliage and trees.
A MINIMAL
TWO - THREE FOOT CLEARANCE
is HIGHLY reccommended from the perimeter of your home.
Replace pine straw and mulch with gravel if you NEED coverage next to the structure.
NOT SHELLS.
Shells are drinking vessels!
If you do not have a contractor or handyman performing routine inspections in your absence OR even as a year-round resident, I encourage you to enlist someone's services as soon as possible. I am not a structural expert. I have included a tab w/contractors that I have worked with; please take the time to peruse all of the pages I've included for your benefit. It would be impossible to inspect each home during each visit; as much as I'd like to, there are just not enough hours in the day. I will, however; contact you immediately should I discover ANY problems as I'm walking around refilling your bait stations.
